Jewelers first, technology second
Every feature starts with a real problem a jeweler faces. We talk to retailers constantly — in their stores, on calls, and at trade shows. Technology is only useful if it solves a real problem.

We build the technology independent jewelry retailers need to compete — live diamond inventory, custom ring configurators, wholesale feeds, and the tools to run a modern custom jewelry business.
Our mission
“Every independent jeweler deserves the same online selling capability as the world’s largest retailers — without the enterprise budget to match.”
Gemtheon exists because independent jewelry retailers have been underserved by technology for too long. The tools they need have either been too expensive, too generic, or built for a different industry entirely.
The problem we saw
Independent jewelers are expert craftspeople — but most of their online presence looks like it was built in 2012. Not because they don't care, but because the tools available to them were never designed for the jewelry industry.
Generic e-commerce platforms don't understand live diamond feeds. Stock photos don't show jewelry the way customers want to see it. And configuring a custom ring for a customer still happens over email and phone calls — a process that hasn't changed in decades.
Meanwhile, the biggest jewelry chains have invested millions in custom technology that gives customers a polished, confident buying experience. Independent retailers get left behind.
What we built
Gemtheon connects directly to the wholesale networks and diamond feeds that jewelers already use — Stuller, Rapaport, Nivoda, Polygon — and makes their inventory available online with real-time pricing and professional presentation — on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Wix.
We built Gemtheon Studio so any jeweler can offer a custom ring configurator on their website — fully branded, live diamond selection, real-time pricing — without writing a line of code or commissioning custom software.
And we built the merchant dashboard to tie it all together: leads, orders, pricing rules, feed management, CAD handoff, and AI-generated imagery — everything a modern jewelry retailer needs, in one place.

How we work
Every feature starts with a real problem a jeweler faces. We talk to retailers constantly — in their stores, on calls, and at trade shows. Technology is only useful if it solves a real problem.
Gemtheon should be invisible to your customers. Every product we build is white-labeled by default. Retailers who use Gemtheon should own a better customer experience — not a Gemtheon-branded one.
Jewelry retailers can't wait months for a technology project. Every Gemtheon module is designed to be configured and live the same day — most stores launch in under an hour, with no developers and no custom code.
Jewelry is a high-AOV category. We don't take a percentage of your sales. Gemtheon is a flat monthly subscription — your margins are yours to keep, no matter what you sell or how much.
