Each individual SKU published from your wholesale feed counts as one variant. For example, if a ring style comes in 5 sizes and 3 metals, that's 15 variants. Gemtheon gives you tools to filter which variants to publish so you can stay within your plan limit.
No. Gemtheon charges a flat monthly subscription — there are no fees on sales, quotes, or orders processed through the platform. Your margin is entirely yours.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
The one-time onboarding fee covers a live setup call, brand settings and supplier connections, your native storefront and checkout integration, the diamond browser, and a walkthrough of the merchant dashboard. Enterprise onboarding is custom — scoped with your plan.
Yes — you need an existing wholesale account with each supplier you want to connect (Stuller, Overnight Mountings, Royal Chain, Quality Gold), and a trading account with each diamond feed (Rapaport, Nivoda, Polygon). Gemtheon handles the technical integration once you provide credentials. We can help you apply if you don't have accounts yet.
